We can't say Delhi is the capital since India did not exist back then. I took the biggest city Bombay. 1) Who in the hell says that Delhi wasn't the capital back in 1930? Are you really serious? Because that never happened.2) Mumbai isn't the biggest city in India, its Delhi back then.3) you have to roll a ten to get Delhi,its a "capital".4) you have Karachi, Kerala and Mumbai right? It became the capital in 1931 which is in two phases. General William T. Sherman it would be cool if you included this in the events |

António Salazar even so they aren't much worse they even could be balanced as India had some intresting warior types(some still stand), but we are looking technologically right now, so I think they are on the same page. And capital is always higher than any city in region. Delhi needa a ten just like Berlin, Moscow, London or Washington DC |

Mountbatten it differs from language as in Latvian closest it Calcutta but in Lithuanian it is Kolkata, so not a mayor difference but still it is there
