I Finally did it. Now I want to get 0 Provinces but with Denmark it is very difficult for your allies to win and with Italy it is very possible that France will attack constantly and as you cannot heal your troops sooner or later.

This probably doesn’t matter, but I have finally achieved 54K+ score on 1941, could have been 3 turns faster.

This all provinces thing is very easy. No proof though, I didn’t bother so don’t count it. I can do this consistently.
