Saudi Arabia-
looks hard, can be hard if you don't use your pre-spawned units and will be hard if you arrive to Europe and Asia too late. However, this is arguably the easiest resource farming country to play. I will be splitting it up into the early front, The Caucasian/Balkan Front, and the EastAsian Front.
Required materials: Guderian, Govorov/Badoglio, lvl 8 air, and at least lvl 5 tech in every area that aren't useless ones like Space Program, and fortress.
The Early Front
You are in a very unfriendly position. With the Soviet troops in Africa to your south, India and Iran to your east, as well as Iraq and Egypt to your north and west.
Capture Baghdad quickly, and put Govorov on your prespawned field artillery. Send Muhammad and Mahdi up there, so you can defeat Iraq. Start spamming Field Artillery or heavy tanks, whatever you prefer, but remember to defend Riyadh in the South. Muhammad and what remains of Mahdi can defend against the north, but Indian, Iranian, and Soviet forces will be coming for Riyadh. The good thing, is that they will come one at a time and will be extremely uncoordinated. MI spam will deal with the Super Tank, which will either idle in the Red Sea, or capture one of your oil fields and just sit on it. The Indian and Iranian forces might come at the same time. That is bad news, but the good news is that you have Govorov to protect your flank there.
Once Bagramyan is defeated, rush Ankara, and send a strike force to capture Tehran from Baghdad.
Russian/Balkan
Your first attack should fall on Istanbul, and then work your way up to Sofia, and Bucharest. This will give you enough money to build a stockpile of nukes, and will delete all spam that isn't Soviet. Good thing is, is that the Balkans will be mostly empty because the aggressive Balkan AI left for Western Europe. At this point you are pretty much just Italy, except you have nukes. Nuke Budapest and Krakow, to defeat Hungary and Poland. Nuke Stalingrad via Ankara. After this, you must nuke Kiev via Stalingrad, Minsk via Kiev, and then make two nukes for Moscow BUT! Drop them both at once, for Budyonny will have spawned, and he has lvl 3 fortification! Once you have Moscow, you must send your forces to Yekaterinburg, Almaty, and Saratov.
EastAsian Front
Send troops through India. There will be spam, but there are also airports, and with Ozawa, they will be gone in a minute. You must grind your way into Chongking. It will be annoying, as Liu B.C. Will spawn, but it is a necessary cost for the airport. Bomb the crap out of Nanking, and by this time you must have quite a few nukes. Let loose and conquer China in 3 rounds. Japan will be a bit more difficult, but difficult at this time is easy. The last cities that will be captured will be Novosibirsk and Western Mongolia.
Alternatives
Erich von Manstein suggests going in through Khabarovsk. It will be a long slog through Siberia, but it will save money, and it is easier to nuke from Khabarovsk, than to constantly bomb Nanking until it finally falls. It depends on whether you want to get to Asia fast, and finish it a bit slower, or get to Asia slow, and finish it faster. It both really works the same.
If you are trying 1960 for the first time, I suggest playing a 3* and 2* country first (my pick would be UK/Italy) before trying Saudi. It is a lot of grinding.
