Mission Overview and Objective -
You have to defeat the HRE artillery general in the North, siege Mantua and defeat the Cavalry general at the North. You have to defend Napoleon also.
For this, as usual, put a screen of infantry and cavalry around Napoleon. You will have no threats from the south until some time. For sieging Mantua, put Napoleon 2 hexes away from the fort and start bombarding them. Use Massena and other units to prevent any attacks on Napoleon. The Mantuan fort most probably won't attack anyone else other than Napoleon. This is because he is the opponent's target. Once Mantua is weakened, attack with all units to finish it off, opening the floodgates. There will be fire once Mantua is destroyed, around it's neighbouring hexes.
Coming to the cavalry general in the south, there will be 3 variants, which I have observed.
1. He stays there for the whole conquest. In that case, you have to go to him once Mantua is destroyed.
2. He comes charging while sieging Mantua. In that case, it will be a bit tough to contain him, but it is still not that tough. Having one more general here helps
3. He comes charging while sieging Mantua, but once he fort has been weakened or his health is down, he flees. In that case, you have to play the catch up.
Now in the North, you have to defeat Heinrich. Use all your units to protect the artillery, and also simultaneously attacking him. These units are usually enough for me to defeat him comfortably.
