Full credit to idunnowhattocallthis. I made this a separate thread because the original was a mess a don't think would do well in the library.
Ok to start with Ill do Little saturn since allies is easier.
Generals used:leclerc timoshenko and chuikov
(My infantry gen is macarthur so I am not gonna use him for this guide)
Put timoshenko on the tank with KV2, leclerc on the normal tank (put KV2 on it) and chuikov on the heavy artillery (put katyusha on it) also put polish cavalry on one of the infantry (with tito).
Concentrate on belgorod first, hitting the italian general with chuikov, I took it on turn 2 ( i have maxed tech) but if it takes till turn 3 that's fine, next move to attack the italian airfield. Hitting messe with chuikov and killing anti tank infantry with tito (always replenish him when possible). By turn 4 I had cleared out the airfield and started the attack on kharkiv. I replenished leclerc at the factory when I took it, and kept hitting kharkiv with chuikov. I also recruited a armored car and infantry reinforcement, with the AC at belgorod, and the infantry at airfield. On turn 6 I took kharkiv, sending the AC to help my allies. Begin moving your troops toward Dnipropetrovsk. hit the city proper with artillery, and use troops without generals as meatshield. I took Dne. on turn 8, and took 2 turns to finish off straggling units. start moving troops to donetsk. I sent my infantry with cossacks and transports to protect novikov from some straggling germans. On turn 11 my troops took donetsk. I ignored manstein in the north, just sending a few infantry to make sure the objective city doesn't fall. for a couple turns defend donetsk. I sent my remaining cossack cavalry to take out the karl mortar at rostov. By turn 15 the counterattack was beat, and I sent everything to attack rostov and finish the mission.
