In the challenge mode, what are the objectives? I defeat the 2 inf generals and the 3 first, what more is there?

In the challenge mode, what are the objectives? I defeat the 2 inf generals and the 3 first, what more is there? Did you get a mission clear for this? You fulfilled the basic clear requirements so you should have gotten the screen. Taking Istanbul is part of the additional objective. If you have time left, the game may expect you to attempt to clear this bonus objective, I guess. |

This one's tricky. You need superior tech and good gens to complete, as you MUST take istanbul, so you're forced to get 3 stars or naught.

Taking Istanbul is pretty hard. Surround it with chaseguns cause you only have space for a single grenadier on the other side.

Taking Istanbul is pretty hard. Surround it with chaseguns cause you only have space for a single grenadier on the other side. Bombard it with Blasts and that should soften the city up. Landing a gen on any open tile around the city and firing at the city from across the straits will help. |

I believe you have to kill the fortresses (maybe the generals) to win and attack Istanbul for the 3 star. The final objective is easy.
I used a bunch of blasts on the fortresses and Istanbul and used my Beseler to bomb Istanbul. Then I did an amphibious landing. Hope this helps to get a 3*.
