I have seen people get not necessarily stuck, but annoyed at this mission for how boring and hard it is, so I will create an in depth guide, (pictures will be added when my phone actually sends emails), on the subject
requirements:
Badoglio
You get a Super Tank. Put an EC on it if you didn't get Crerar or Auchinleck. Send a unit, any unit up to your oilfield in the north. A Canadian unit likes to land there, and that is your only oil output for the early game, and you do not want to be out of oil in this mission. Once the threat has passed, send the unit down to Ottawa, where everyone else is concentrating their firepower on like normal, right? As for your navy, they should not go farther south than New York. Bombard the field artillery outside of New York, and all threats to your navy have passed. Concentrate your navy's firepower on New York. Send Badoglio and the Super Tank through Ontario to capture the Canadian lvl 3 airport city. MacArthur and Devers will attack Ottawa a few rounds later, so make sure to set up substantial defense around the city. New York is not necessary at this moment, but it needs to be captured by the time the first nuke is made. Put Ozawa (or EC in a Motorized Infantry, and bomb the crap out of the American city with nuclear capabilities. Land a paratrooper down there to start building nukes. Make sure there is a unit in that city at all times, for a tank or a field artillery will come and try to dispossess you. Send your Weichs and your Super Tank EC up to Edmonton, and once Edmonton is captured, send them down to San Francisco. Meahwhile, a Super Tank Patton should have spawned on Washington by round 9/10. You should have sent Ozawa over to New York as soon as the nuclear facility was open. Drop two nukes on Patton, and strategic bomb what's left of him. Clean up and capture New York. I usually finish this on round 21/22, and I am pretty average with a lot of my skill coming from experience. Using this guide, you should at least get a passing score.
