I am stuck on the following missions: Battle Of Jena Fury Of Prussia
Battle Of Jena: It is annoying waiting for Blucher and Ferdinand to attack, yet I know if I attack Berlin, I will get massacred. Any way to win this not by the skin of my teeth? Fury Of Prussia: And I thought I saw spam in Battle Of Three Emperors! My strategy so far was to buy medpacks and use them on the good generals I get when they are looking unhealthy, sadly Ferdinand although reliable, does not stand a chance against Lannes, and Blucher is noticeably terrible for a general with so many skills and stars. That leaves Scharnhorst, yet he doesn't need it for his long range combat. I feel maybe I should play defensive on this one to avoid a meat mincer, but the AI prompts egg me on, like it will work if I suicidally charge all of my generals into the fray. What do?

The existing guides, however "outdated", are the most reliable sources for the strategy to employ.
For the Battle of Jena, playing defensively at Jena is your best bet. Build up your economy to spam light arty and light inf. Hold out until all the attacking Prussians and Buxhoeveden's Russian reinforcements are defeated. Then, march on Berlin.
For Fury of Prussia, you need to spam troops to continuously reinforce your gens. To do so, I suggest saving up for Arnold and deploying him permanently in Danzig. Spam 3X line inf to hold key frontline bases. Ferdinand and the light arty at Schwerin are to block the invading Dutch before moving south to fight Moreau and Augereau at Weisbaden. The rest are to hold the Weilburg-Jena line against the first wave before moving into Karlsruhe. The Karlsruhe-Weilburg line is your main line of defence against the French. Play defensively and you will win. After all, the remnants of the two pro-French states will not move against you.
