Generals i used: Patton (4 star), Monty, Govorov, MacArthur (4 star), Chuikov, Tassigny, Rokkosovsky.
Alternate general: Patton (no star), Timoshenko, Leclerc, Govorov, Chuikov, MacArthur ( No Star), Tassigny/Slim (At this point most of 1944 player's should already have Govorov and Patton IMO)

First, Drop all paratrooper onto Nijmegen
Put macArthur on the paratrooper inside the city to recruit one more stack units for him
Put Tassigny/Slim on the infantry behind mac's units and give him 82nd Regiment
Land all of them and launch a massive attack on Nijmegen
Put one Paratrooper (The one with 82nd Regiment) to hit the Artillery since Arti's will be able to attack MacArthur also you need to attack a Wiking units. That's why you need to defeat the Artillery (to reduce damage taken by mac's). One paratrooper (With basic Airborne SF) below tank to atleast make him useful by attacking the tank guarding the Airport.
Meanwhile give Govorov a katyusha and attack Kluge's unit, put Patton on MT and also attack Kluge but don't attack him meanwhile attack the Panzer units (Avoid attack from HT). The Armored Car will attack Kluge.
By Turn 4 you should capture Nijmegen. Put Mac's inside the city to replenish him if you need but basically he will defeat the units guarding the port.
Meanwhile now Your reinforcement came, Put timoshenko (Monty for me) on HT (Give KV-6) and Leclerc (Rokkosovsky for me) on MT. Send Tassigny northwest to help portal defeating the German. Meanwhile bring Mac's to North east to fight the German Reinforcement.
By Turn 7 maybe, you should had get artillery from supply, buy it and put Chuikov (Give Transport for mobility)
Now divide your troops to attack some german units (this to reach defeat 20 units objective)
While KV-6, Katyusha, and Patton will be attack toward Rundstedt's position.
By turn 9/10 Rundstedt's beaten, if you already finish the last objective (defeat 20 units) take the city but if not, well go fight some more units until you finish the objective
And done.
Note:
At my first attempt i finish on 14 turn (tech:2-2-6-2-2)
This is my redo on 10 Turns (tech;6-6-6-6-2)
If your KV-6 strong enough mix with Monty, then you'll be able to defeat Rundstedt fast enough. If not then by turn 11 or 12 you should've already defeat him
If you like me finish on 14 turns, there is some chance stillwell units failed to defend the Fourth objective making you need to send spare troops to capture the city.
Portal most of the time manage to be able to defend the first objective
And that's all, this mission is easy (Not like IRL) (I mean easiest among 1944)
