I was building the EC-tank currently ,but Feature shop having Katukov and Bittrich . Should i keep building EC or use the medals for featured generals? Only if you desperately need tank and/or air general, and don’t even think about buying them as replacement for existing generals.

Unless you will definitely make him a tank one as well, get Katukov. And then pause your tank EC for now and start building an artillery EC. Bittrich is good, but he can wait.

If you already have 2-3 endgame tank generals you won't need to build a third EC yet. I've only been using Guderian and Katukov and I have 300 conquest points. Ace Force Commander decreases the price for all air stuff including paratroopers. Bittrich is better than Goring as long as you give him a decent air medal to compensate for his lack of a 5th star.

Get Tide for now because you don't have Ace yet. Once you can afford Ace, sub Tide out. Bittrich reduces the cost of everything launches from an airport, but not a missile silo.

(skills and stars not being touched by HP effect) When the HP drops by half, the unit's damage, the general's star bonus will be reduced by 1/4. My guess is medal bonus will reduce as well.

Expropriation isn't gonna be very useful if you're only doing 35 damage per turn, and lack of tide is what keeps Patton from being a top 2 tank general. Inspiring only activates 20% of the time, and then only increases your damage by 16, so you'll only really be seeing something like a +8 net damage boost (assuming you attack twice per turn and morale boosts last for two turns)

Below half you'd be around 60 and below 25% (which is where you'll spend lots of time after getting nuked) you'd be at 30 or so. With tide you'd be at 84 and 54 respectively.

With tide you'd be at 84 and 54 respectively. 112 is the minimum damage at half HP. 25% HP would be 112-10-7=95. Assuming lvl 2 Expropriation, that's 19 HP regen per hit. Ace and Plain aren't affected by HP. That's 60 guaranteed right there. If there's a good number of weaker units, we should be able to make more than 2 hits per turn to keep morale high.
