Check the guides, but my experience is that the biggest challenge in this one is food supply. I have played before with Napoleon stealing farms as he moves towards Russia and then capturing and upgrading along the way. It's tight, there is a round when the Russians set everything on fire.
Looking at the map you posted, the area West of kharkiv has five lightly defended farms. You could also send Murat South East to capture farms as Napoleon moves up to the front.
The main battle areas are Vilnus and Moscow. Keep Sophia well protected as Spy is invaluable at taking out the Russian fortresses.

Ah! this one might look daunting, but it's easy. I did this with Sophia only.
Firstly, put Sophia on the rocket artillery. Food supply is important here. Hence, I used the guard cavalry on the south eastern edge of the map to steal the two eastern Polish farms. Use your weakest unit to steal one farm at Warsaw and you will be good. The guard cavalry was killed later and one of farm was captured. But it was late into the game. Advance Napoleon as quickly as possible. Army group Davout and Ney (only) will get Barclay. Sophia, Murat and later Napoleon will bombard the fort.
Be careful of the general at Minsk. He deals good damage initially. Once Barclay is done, use Davout to defeat the general at Minsk and capture it. By the time you take Minsk, your generals would be badly damaged. My Murat and Davout were left to heal and others rode off. Now, take off the fort defending Smolensk. Golitsyn deals solid damage initially, but he weakens if he loses health. Bombard him as much as possible. Once Smolensk is down, I changed the course of my Army. I moved south, to Moscow via Kaluga - Ryazan and the stable south east of Moscow.
When Yermelov was defeated in Kaluga, my generals were healed completely. I brought them up to help in the fight. Once you have gotten to Moscow from Southeast, Napoleon must be two hexes east of the stables near Moscow, Ney and Murat attacking Moscow from North and East and Davout shelling from two hexes south of Moscow, beyond the river. It should really fall without much fuss unless you goof around. Coming to Sophia, I made her attack Kutuzov because Rocket Artillery don't take or give counterattack. Kutuzov didn't attack her even once. Also, though the Southeastern front (Kutaisov's) is virtually undefended, they won't cause much trouble.

Stealing food from Poland should ALWAYS be what you do first. Good luck surviving without it. Lol

thanks for the input, everyone, but I figured it out myself. The key here is to use single militias to take the farms near Warsaw, and use artillery to the best of your ability. Of course, head to the south so you don't have to wipe out the fortress Kutuzov. Protecting your artillery generals are key, as they will be the main source of your firepower.

I finished this with Cartreux and Kutaisov. Also, for Retreat Of The Empire Break through at Minsk, to Plock and wait for the Russians to fight their way through the Polish AI. By this time the fight will be pretty even.

I'm stuck on Leipzig rn :/ My idea was to immediately start on Wurttemberg with Marmont, and send everyone else to Leipzig, as you lose morale when it is captured. Then I wait for Blucher and Bennigsen, and then set off for Dresden, as you cannot defend Dresden for long before the spam overwhelms you. As for Attack On French, no idea how I'm supposed to pass that with just Archduke Charles and Johann I :/ I tried to capture Karlsruhe and Munich, and immediately fall back to Prague, as it seems generals are scripted to move when those cities are captured.
