Today, I am going to describe how to get Isabella whilst avoiding the boring HRE conquest (at least according to me, that conquest is boring). So first, before getting started, let's analyze why is France 1798 a good candidate for getting Isabella. Note that I myself haven't gotten Isabella yet because I finished 2 rounds (47 rounds) late and didn't had sufficient campaign progress. But, now I know which fronts will be lagged, I can provide you the directions on how to proceed. Coming for campaigns, you must complete at least Coalition and Imperial Eagle campaigns, which might be tough, but not impossible. Also, another thing to note is that I completed this conquest without any general! So I believe I've hit the sweet spot
Analyzing France 1798 :
Pros -
1. Very strong generals
2. Starting economy more than sufficient for initial needs.
3. No immediate threat.
Cons -
1. Many fronts to fight on.
2. Very less and weak allies.
3. Early action in Portugal can be frustrating.
The troops will be divided into parts.
Ist Corps : Led by Napoleon, consisting of Marmont, Desaix, a Grenadier, two line infantries, all pre spawned, via Vienna
IInd Corps : Led by Jourdan and a pre spawned Double heavy artillery and a light infantry, along with the 2 pre spawned Frigates for the invasion of England.
IIIrd Corps : Led by Massena, consisting of Dumoreiz and Moreau via Berlin.
IVth Corps : Led personally by you yourself, including light infantry in Bordeaux for the invasion of Portugal, troops spammed later for the control of Sardinia and Naples. Let's get started!
1. Aidez vos alliΓ©s; vaincre votre ennemi. (Help your allies; defeat your enemy)
Empereur! The coalition forces are threatening our borders. Our armies are collapsing rapidly. However, Napoleon has returned from his conquest of Egypt. The soldiers morale has rallied upon seeing their beloved commander. We must quickly launch a counterattack to stop the enemy. Vive l'Empereur!
Objective - Occupy Rhine, Munich
Land Napoleon as immediately as possible. Bring Marmont to the front line and arrange your 3 infantries to cover Napoleon by stationing on the front. Start bombing Klenau as soon as he is in range. In the north, bring Massena to the front line. Attack Weilburg with Moreau on round 1 and starting attacking the Austrian troops on the other side or Rhine. Use Desaix and Massena to counter August and occupy the level 3 city there. You will have destroyed August and his troops and occupied. Then proceed to take Munich. By this time, Napoleon's corps should be around Munich. So the general and wooden fortress there should not be much problem.
Set the IVth corps into actions by moving it's only pre spawned troop - light infantry in Bordeaux. Your destination is to capture either Madrid or the stable beside Madrid and a port, preferably Cadiz. This is because the Spaniards are incapable and cannot destroy Portugal on their own. Coming to the IIIrd corps, wait for the frigate to arrive from Brest to Plymouth. Take turns in attacking the frigate and if need be, spam a privateer from your port on the English channel. To move forward, wait for the enemy frigate to be destroyed. Massena and co. should already push forward to defeat Hotze and capture the facilities around there. They should threaten Berlin as soon as possible.
2. Blitzkrieg vos voisins (Blitzkrieg your Neighbours)
Empereur! The coalition forces' momentum has been stemmed. They are now starting to roll back. However, they have got the wind of our plan and are strengthening their exposed capitals. We must rush forward immediately to catch them off guard.
Objective - Capture Berlin, Vienna, London and everything that stands in between.
1st Corps
Put Napoleon and Marmont onto the task of sieging Vienna. Use Desaix and the other infantry units to clear the enemy units and forts. It took me 4 rounds to capture Vienna. Rosenburg usually heads for Poland, but he might remain in Brunn and come towards your North flank. Use Desaix to deal with him and hit with Marmont once or twice. He musn't be much of a trouble. Once Vienna is captured, destroy the fort in the range of Vienna immediately. Spam units in and around Vienna because shortage of troops will be soon felt.
2nd Corps
Coming to the North, push Massena's corps towards Berlin. The way you deal with Berlin is an an important factor in your speed. It must be dealt quickly. Fall on Berlin from west only because the other sides are fiercely guarded. During the encounter, Dumoriez lost 3/4th health, Massena about half and Moreau lost a little more than half. Spam units if need be. Next push on to Danzig. Here, your generals will be under huge strain, but it shouldn't be a problem. Now, wipe out the Prussian fort and their navy. Rest Dumoriez for a while in Berlin and send Moreau and another unit to Sweden, who would be already be on the verge of loosing. Why send Moreau to a guaranteed winning theater? You might ask. This, so that Moreau can heal. His chevrons will be increased by now due to constant fighting and and since there aren't many enemies in Sweden, you can send him there so that he heals at least a bit.
3rd Corps
Now, start your invasion of England. First clear Southampton if there are any units spammed there. Use Jourdan and the frigates for that. Then, once you occupy it, pull back Jourdan into the sea, upgrade the city and produce the best possible, full stacked units. Stacked because their health drains very fast due to attacks from 3 forts and an artillery. Coming to Jourdan and heavy artillery, push them north, through sea, enroute to Liverpool. Now, keep spamming at both Southampton and Liverpool. There will be a string of forts and a stable guarding London. But you have lot of time as their objective is to clear out London, surrounding forts and facilities only.
4th Corps
In Spain, first capture Cadiz. Then capture the Spanish city directly in the west from Porto. Start spamming guards every round from there and take it one by one. First the fort, then the city. All your attacks might be futile, but sheer numbers will start draining the enemy and in probably 10 rounds, you can gave control of Porto. Make short work of the factory there.
Coming to Naples, capture the stable to the northwest of Rome. Before that, spam a couple of frigates and capture the port beside Rome. Now, spam a triple line infantry along with 2-3 more frigates from the port. Send 2 of them for Sardinia and 3 for bombarding Naples. Sardinia should be down soon and send those 3 frigates and triple line infantry for Palermo. Occupy Palermo first and then go for the fort and port. Note that this process must be started as soon as you take Vienna.
3. OpΓ©ration Eylau-Clujnapoca
Empereur! Prussia and HRE are moving east and destroying our Polish allies. General Dombrowski has asked us for our relief. We must relieve our allies quickly and destroy their combined armies at Warsaw.
Objective - Wipe out Prussia, Sweden, HRE, Great Britain and Naples.
1st Corps
Rush Napoleon and a unit to the north from Vienna quickly. Capture a city immediately and keep spamming units from there. Send a few from Vienna as well. By this time, Massena should be ready to attack the units at Warsaw. Here, you can take your time destroy them slowly. Just make sure you don't come in the range of their units (for Napoleon). Though you have few units initially, it's fine and make sure the supply of soldiers doesn't drop as you are not only dealing with their spam, but even preparing for the invasion of Russia. I finished this spam by round 35, with only Napoleon and Massena and regular infantries. But you can do better with your generals. For Suvorov, just surround and kill him.
Send Marmont to get Buda and Pest. Once done, send him to Clujnapoca. Spam artillery from the nearby factory to destroy the fort. Send them to assist Marmont and bomb Clujnapoca. Don't worry if the general there comes out because he will stand still and won't attack any unit. If so, then use artillery to clear him up. Then send all your units to cross into Russia via Clujnapoca, except Marmont and a few units, who will capture Lviv. With that, HRE and Prussia are eliminated. The Ottomans would be troubled by the pesky Ruskies (Just for the fun and rhyme. Please don't feel offended ) Hence send Desaix to deal with them.
2nd Corps
Massena will assist Napoleon in rescuing Poland. Dumoriez will arrive later after healing. Moreau will go for Sweden. The second corps will be dissolved soon.
3rd Corps
Send Jourdan to North, towards the northern English most city and capture everything in between, along with a light infantry. Destroy the city first, then port and then the ship. Spam Sidney on a battleship and he must clear Ireland so that the landing units will find it empty. Then, bomb London and take it. With this GB, will be destroyed. Send Sidney and your navy down immediately after clearing Ireland to Portugal to assist them there.
4th Corps
The steps I mentioned for Portugal above will take time. Hence by the time you destroy GB, you must at least take Porto.
Coming to Naples, take three frigates, spam more if needed and bomb the port which is in range. Then, place a few cavalry units spammed from your stable nearby Naples. In the next round, bomb and take the factory. However, it might be retaken again. So repeat the operation again. I failed the first time but suceeded the second time. Then bomb Naples and take it. Now, all you have to do is defend. Spam siege artillery continously from the factory and destroy Nelson. Send a couple of frigates to occupy the British port at the Ottoman coastline. Now, use them to destroy the heavy artillery on the coast of Naples, It had 4 chevrons and a brick wall fortifications so it may take a while to destroy that unit
4.Gloire de lβFranΓ§ais (Glory of the French)
Empereur! Russia still refuses to surrender and their Cossacks continue to harass our forces. We need to launch an invasion of Russia also so that our upcoming generations remember the glory of the French forever. Vive la Marie! Viva le Empereur! Viva la France!
Objective - Destroy Portugal and Russia.
Launching an attack into Russia is tricky. You need to move continously and not linger around in the same place for a long time. You need to move first and then attack (For artillery). Firstly, you must combine 1st corps and 2nd corps into one. The fight in Britain is over so 3rd corps has no use. So you now have only 2 corps.
2nd Corps
I decided that I will explain in Portugal first. By this time, Porto and it's nearby factory should be in your hands. Beresford should die by now. But he won't be much problem in front of your navy. The incoming navy from Britain should destroy the British frigate first and assist in destruction of Porto and factory. Spam more from Cadiz and attack Lisbon if necessary. Swoop a unit from North to occupy Lisbon once it's done. Now, comes the real problem. The large fort cannot be bombarded by ships and it takes a long time to destroy that fort. But, you take Porto by round 35 as mentioned above. I finished that fort by round 47, but maybe you can do it with 2 extra rounds as I took Porto by round 37. And then, occupy everything else by round 45.
1st Corps
Send Dumoriez and Massena to Riga. Destroy the fort along the way. Then go straight to Riga. It is important that you reach and leave Riga quickly. It must not take more than 2 rounds to get Riga. Alternatively, you can send them both to Moscow directly via Riga, but not stopping at Riga. This way, you will save two rounds and can capture Riga with other units. Now, Napoleon must keep moving forward. Here, movement is more important than attack as the vast distances aren't easily covered. Marmont must move from Lviv, straight to Moscow, through Kiev. Napoleon should move in the straight path, a bit more west of Marmont. Equip both Marmont and Napoleon with plenty of infantry, other than the ones which are slated to attack Riga.
The army in farther south, which crossed in Russia via Clujnapoca must destroy the forts and the units and capture the city and stable, which won't be that hard. There would be a rouge level 1 city off course. For that, I dispatched two guard units from Marmont's command and conquered the city, defended by militia. Now, immediately take them north because another rouge militia will be stationed in the far east, southeast of Moscow. These guards must immediately swing north and destroy them. That stupid unit denied me a 45 round victory and I hope it doesn't happen to you. Then, if Barclay comes out from Moscow, it's a bad, but not hopeless situation because then you have to deal with an extra unit (mostly a double light infantry) in Moscow. But it still should be manageable beacuse calculations for this strategy is done by taking even this into consideration (that is why Massena and Dumoriez skipped Riga).
Now, you have one last problem standing between you and Isabella - the port at Crimea. Worried? No problem. Our hero Desaix is here. Remember that I sent him to help the Ottomans deal with the Russian miscreants near Istanbul? He can conquer that port and destroy that fort for you. You can even spam a couple of frigates from the Ottoman port for this. Desaix saved the Grand Armee at Marengo during 1790s and even yours during 2021
That being done, remember that you cannot get no Elite Princess without Headquarter generals/princesses. If you don't have anybody in the HQ you can't get Isabella. So after winning the first princess, join some princess, and reload your last save again, to get Isabella.

There you go folks! Enjoy your sweet victory and your 4 princesses!

Some thoughts :
The key here is that you must set small targets for armies, except those pushing east (They have to go to Moscow). Here's how I set it -
1. Jourdan and his army - England only
2. Sidney, 2 frigates and a couple of landing units - Ireland only
I think you got the point. Instead of seeing the entire conquest as a whole, look at it in parts. Normally, the scenario is - the entire map in 45 rounds. But, see it in parts, like Jourdan will get 45 rounds to conquer England. Sidney's (In the tavern of Plymouth. Very important) fleet will get 45 rounds to conquer Ireland (And send him to Spain later). French fleet in Mediterrenean will get 45 rounds to conquer Sardinia and Siciliy (After that, use your ships to take Potshots on the enemy). Now, it looks so easy right?
Coming to Netherlands, they can defend themselves intially. If you strike England early, then they won't threaten Netherlands anymore.
Note that it also involves a bit of luck regarding to Denmark. If only Ushakov attacks Copenhagen (Most of the cases), he will die. Hotze should die in Netherlands. But if both Wilhelm III and Ushakov attack Copenhagen, then it becomes a little difficult, but not impossible.
On the east, it's just Blitzkrieg and Blitzkrieg
