Blitzkrieg + Medal to make him unkillable (Guderian doesn't need it he already takes barely any retaliation just with his damage)
OR
Panzer Leader to maximize damage?
Keep in mind rumour is already his fourth skill

I think combination of Blitz + AA + rumour is unique for Rommel, only him can get that skill set (except Guderian).
We can apply combination of Panz Lead + AA + rumour on Rokossovaky later.
