Italy was arguably the most pathetic power in WW2. Yes, and the USA was the most powerful country back then (1941-45) (with Germany being the most powerful by 1939-42) In what comparison? Atleast the USSR was the country that played the biggest part. Okay, I don't want to start an argument.

Tye first person ever convicted of speeding was going at a speed of 8 mp/h. (I found this on Google.) The Flynn Effect states that people get smarter each generation. By that measure, many people are probably as smart as people like Newton, Socrates, Da Vinci, etc. This is correct for the 20th century. Since the the 1990'ies western countries have a negative Flynn effect. PS. Introducing commercialized propaganda (private TV) costs on avg 1.8 IQ-points per decade.

Probable not in Britain, there a man with a red flag had to walk in front of each to give a warning for the following automobile. The first automobile ever, surpassing a speed of 100 km/h was an electric car in 1899:

The year was 1900, 'tis worth remembering The men who lived through 55 days at Peking T'was called the Boxers Insurrection of bloody oriental war Against all nations of the diplomatic core The flags of France and Britain How they fluttered in the breeze The Italian and the Russian and the flag of the Japanese Then came the sound of bugles And the rolling drums doom And the streets of Peking were as empty as a tomb The Empress of all China gave the signal to begin And let the foreign devils be driven from Peking They stormed the French Legation They attacked with shot and shell And they came in blood red blouses Screaming shashow as they fell The drums have long been muffled The bugles cease to ring But through the ages, you can hear them echoing In Japan, Tsar Nicholas II was slashed by a sword. he never was able to forget that.

Muammar al-Qaddafi was leader of Libya from the 1960s until 2011, i noticed before that Libya’s flag changed (the first time i saw it it was all green, then a few years later it was completely different) When I was 3 yeara old, I remember drawing flags and Libya was always the easiest. ME TOO!! History basically means - His story.

I mean like through evolution.
