I just unlocked 1960 today (by the way, great map) and I was surprised to see a few things that were...off. Here are the ones I've noticed: 1.Mexico is neutral in 1960. I looked at their capital, Mexico City, and saw that the industry and the airport didn't have a level on it (i.e, didn't say industry III or Aircraft II. Had no numbers). Ill try to figure this one out. 2.A lot of countries in 1960 have the commanders of their regions instead of nations (for example, Portugal has Commander Europe, but doesnt have its own general.) I would excuse this if A.Smaller countries whose generals wevent commonly known always had these commanders, yet countries such as belgium and Iran had generals of their own before, and B.If they were only used for countries whose generals/leaders at the time were very obscure. Yet countries such as Cuba and Portugal have these new commanders, despite Che Guevara and Fidel Castro being pretty well known in my opinion and that Salazar was featured in GoG. 3.In Hawaii, which is American owned, the port there is owned by australia...very strange. 4.Most nations have nukes. I don't really mind this to be honest, because it's fun having nukes and blowing up people, plus it's good for speed running, but it's just odd because besides the Soviets, Americans, Brits, French, and Chinese, who we know have them, Iran, Japan, N.Korea, and Germany all have them as well, yet India doesn't have nukes... That's it for now.

UPDATE:I have just taken Mexico City as USA, and when you go to the airplane or the factory sections, nothing appears, and if you press build, the game will crash.

You should mail Easytech your report although it is possible they already know that the 1960 scenario was unfinished and buggy and expected to patch before players could progress that far.
But you got there before they had time to patch it! So now you need to find out if there is a way to exploit this to your advantage like a good way to earn medals or ressources.
On the nuke issue i think that was a good decision on their part or else players wont choose to play the nations that didnt have them.

UPDATE:I have looked into it further, and have found that you can build Armoured Cars and Battalion Artillery in Mexico city, as well as everything up to commando for infantry (max), but the air section isn't open when no troop is in Mexico City is present, but when a troop is stationed in Mexico City, and you click on the build button on the city, you are met with a greyed out screen with no options in it. If you click the build button then, the game crashes, and it restarts the game once you go back on the map. I recommend being the U.S so you can easily take out Mexico using your nukes.

Also, I've noticed that in Cairo, the pyramids arent there, but instead the Greek Monument is in Cairo. Again, I bet 1960 was somehow rushed/hacked.

There was an update for the Apple version of WC3. It got rid of the Greek Parthenon in Egypt and replaced it with the Great Pyramid.
