Armée républicaine française (ARF)'s 3 corps (each 20,000) invade Western Piedmont and had liberated Nice. Piedmont doesn't want war, it wants a unified Italy. Once it is unified, a referendum will pass for the method of governance. Charles-Albert (being Charles-Albert) has abdicated and has been succedeed by the Pro-Italy king Victor Emmanuel II. |

I need Hanover because it’s a port, what you want is to protect it’s commercial capacities. If I promise to not compromise any of it’s commercial duty when taking it, would you let me have it. |
