Can anyone fight a war on almost everywhere in the world. Like Germany fighting a war in Europe and Africa same with Italy 1950 and 1960 America and Soviet Fighting in African Europe Asia and near since I can be hard fighting a war at all front at once early in the game. Later on you can get used to it, if the war done in Asia and Europe is left everyone will attack it or defend it.

Britain 1939, 1943 | France 1939 Agreed on the above. Plus two more possible "semi-global" powers would be Italy/Spain for 1939. They might not be the BEST rushing powers, but they both have fairly solid positions in both Africa and Europe -- Italy more than Spain of course. If neither of them is not your cup of tea, GB would definitely qualify as a global power at least.

Blamey says Italy and Spain are not the best rushing powers in 1939. I believe him.

Blamey is why I don't play 1939 anymore. He's worse than Suvorov, Lannes, Dombrowski, Masséna, and Napoléon combined
