Alright i had ran out of medkits thanks to 2nd cuban war of independece which still haven't give me the medal so i'm back at conquest challenge. Well 1914 where the hell started, i had checked the library but didn't found any guide. Trying as Russia beat Germany but The Balkan and North Africa Front collapsed due to allies incompetent, playing as France and Italy well Balkan and Caucasus Front collapsed. Play as German Empire Balkan,Caucasus,and Alpine Front collapse well i had beat france ofc but those Brits managed to land at send hell towards my units. Play as Serbia beat Bulgaria, conquer constatinople but Austro-German units send hell to me. Any Guide? i had try for 4 days but still fail to win

If the German enemies are hard at you then bribe the french as Serbia at the beginning. The thing here is that you should ignore Constantinople and just make your defense in Bulgaria capital and bribe them at the beginning to bribe them you need to destroy your own marketplace so that you can bribe less with the initial money and make income more by rebuilding the market after you bribe them and then destroy it when you need to bribe. Do not worry about the ottomans although you will want to bribe them the most this is so that your ally Russia can focus on Germany and Austria and force them to summon the enemy generals toward them. If you are at high level tech then I am sorry as I the tips I tips I gave you are useless except for the diplomacy tactic which should be almost useless too. |

Well my economic output is not so much so i dont think i will be able to bribe them many times. And even enemy population is limited i think their economic output will not be limited since they still can spawn and spam unit |

Great Britain & Italy are easy.
Great Britain
Use your navy to block the German navy so that they can't attack your units crossing the channel. I put Plumer on armored car, Ivanov on light art and Hindenburg on Howitzer. (I didn't put inf gen on HMG as I hate using inf gen.) Build farm in Manchester to increase population limit. Take Bruxelles after Belgium's defeat or when city is vacant so that you can use it as your base in mainland Europe. Do not put any gen in the fleet in Med. Sea. They would all die sooner or later. You may redirect them to Africa but I haven't try it myself.
Italy
Put your strongest art gen on Howitzer above Venice, your art gen with art commander on Howitzer next to Rome and another art gen on light art at bottom and position as in photo.
The purpose is to destroy A-H's navy with minimal damage (enemies not fighting back and tactic master triggering). I restarted a few times to achieve this.
Navy, all inf and cav gen at Rome move to Africa. Take Casablanca and/or Rabat first with the help of navy.
Put your fourth art gen on light art at Milan, strongest cav gen on breastplate above Rome. If I remembered correctly, the light art and 2 breastplates aimed for Munich first.
Build palace in Rome and put Adelaide inside and spawn the rest of your cav team.
Cuban War is easy. I've got 6 Hero medals from it without using any medkits. If you want, I can write a detailed guide.

What did you done to beseler  . Anyway, for cuban war i had done it 3 times yet unable to get the medals. Also thanks for the guide i'll try it  |

You can save to cloud before doing the cuban war. If no hero medal then just load from cloud and you'll get your medkits back. That's how I get the bonus item from Russo-Japanese war and RSFSR. My experience is that bonus item has a 1 in 3 chance of being rewarded.

Italy and GB are "easy" compared to the hell faced by other possible nations. But, the nation that is, in my opinion the easiest is France. Simple strategy, put 2-3 gens in north africa, The rest in Europe. You don't have to use any navy gens, just have 3 arty, 2/3 inf and 4/5 cavalry gens. Just defend against the german attack, and then counterattack once the brits finally come to help. Russia usually does quite well in the north/ eastern front, so the two of you should collapse on berlin and take out germany quickly. The slug then starts, as the ottomans, Austrians and bugarians will spam endless amounts of troops against you once you try to advance towards Vienna. Just hold out for 5-10 or so turns so that your gens can heal up (They're probably at 1/2 health now after dealing with germany). After that, you could launch an all out assault on Vienna. Capturing it and holding it would be the begining of the end of the axis powers, as you and your allies are too strong.
As for north africa, You will need to do everything yourself, just take the tribal union capital, and make peace before they get the chance to spam units.
A plus for choosing france is that you have arguably the best group of special units in the game (Old guard+ guard cavalry) - Germany's Krupp cannon+ firebat can be a good argument, but I'd argue that you could mass-produce grenardiers, as they're helpful for holding heavily attacked cities, to destroying fortifications.
Also, Foch is OP. I'm pretty sure he's the only general on the 1914 challenge conquest map that has a medical item on him
