I'd actually rate 4.5 for Donitz because he is a pure naval general. A Navy/Air general would be a better deal. But he is a master in his art. Torpedo expert and Wolfpack are very good skills. Though I would have liked Logistics in place of Warning as ships are expensive to heal. Really useful in Challenge mode.

What type of naval force would you put him on? Submarine or Battleships I usually put him on submarine just like real life since i put my Nagumo on BattleShip but if you don't have Nagumo just put him on BattleShips |
