My generals/princesses do a lot of damage but I know they can do a lot more. I've tried farming in conquest but it doesn't seem to o be making them too much better. I know you can regroup them but that seems expensive and you have to find specific generals for the skills and stars you want. I also know you give them items but I'm not sure which items to give them. My team consists of Sophia, Isabela, Dobeln, and Golitsyn. I also know that you can max upgrade them though it is very expensive.

1. DO NOT UPGRADE THEM WITH MEDALS!! IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE!! 2. If you want a faster nobility and rank grind, get Art of War or Crown. You can max their nobility in 1hour with them. You can even use autoclicker for that. 3. Look at the trainers list for cheap trainers. On average, you need to refresh about 30 times for a trainer 4. Focus on move and attack items first. Then go for defense, heal items.
You can only train them if you have 3 generals, unless you are using more slots. So if you are using 4 slots, then you have to lose one of Dobeln or Golitsyn.

All advises of John Marston are excellent. I would strongly reccommend do go first on items, you can use them with more than one general. If you have a 5β trader you can even buy items in the campaign and sell them as often as you want, without any loss. Later train only these generals, that you will keep untill the end. (Isabella) If you don't have any trader untill nows, maybe two cheap (β€340ποΈ) business-trainer for Isabella are reasonable.
