Batman by as large a distance as from earth to krypton. Superman is literally God, he just can't die; and when he DOES DIE, he comes back EVEN STRONGER! Batman has actual struggle, actual plot, and there have been multiple Batmen throughout the comics. Plus, you can't take a god over someone who says "I'M BATMAN" in a way that sounds like they lost their voice and they're choking at the same time.
