so for me , model is a defensive trash
his jungle fighting and garrison work against each other. garrison need city to trigger so jungle fighting go garbage . elastic defence is decent but only one problems , it wont work with other skills . garrison need to get in a city not a fortification so it wont work with garrison , u might can get him some engineer sf and build it in jungles area but his garrison ( his best skills tho ) wont work .sure he is a decent paratrooper because of garrison ( u mostly airborne into a city and defend until main forces come so basically this guy kinda sucky but better than messe ( and ushijima ) tho
