So there is no background yet about the fractions so there is no story behind the campaigns so you understand that you have to grade your units with components (increase in stats is explained), give them more stars (using chips in which the increase in stats is explained) However, the stat increase by grading your specific troops in the tech center is not known.. Max level is as you can see it is atm lvl50  |

You can buy: 1. Chips in market for medals  2. Buy specific particles/components (no chips) at the war factory (for gold/ or medals.. Why should you?) each continent has one with different components  3. Buy goldbars with real money and but with these component boxes  |

I edited my 1st post and want to add that in war factory or tac center you can buy components and cards with gold or medals. Above I stated why anyone should use medals for this... The reason can be to buy other stuff. using medals different and better stuff can be bought!

Max tech center (for now before update).. Btw i only upgraded Anti air and fort since i did not use my gold atm.. I did not use it in any way...  |

I did not check the increase in strength and health of forts when upgrading them till lvl 10.. However, one thing i found out today can be kinda handy: increase in view by your radar  |
