I have twice now dominated Europe but both times ( rounds in the 200s) my allies never cross the Atlantic. And since I can't conquer all of the Americas in time, I lose ...any suggestions? Both times I have been the Soviets. Also, if there's an expert out there, why can I never upgrade my tech in the game to the right side five upgrades. I like caterpillar tired so I can get a tank?

I would just go for Havanna for a landing base and go up Mexico and maybe South-America (IIRC).

Give resource to Canada and Mexico. Don't let either of them die

White Russia isn't that bad of a conquest and your allies are usually able to win.

Hey Luke, if I was you, I would try to dominate Europe within 100 rounds, that should give you sufficient turns to invade North America. Always leave 150 turns to invade North America. Also, create a massive invasion fleet to take North America, like cap out your whole population is just an invasion force plus some more, you should have around 7 ironclads to clear the naval clutter and about 20 - 25 high quality troops. Then try to get a coastal city that is realtively isolated, do not go for New York, Washington, or Boston. I would recommend Richmond, on some of the Northern Canadian Cities. Also some South American Cities should work as well. Then you build every type of building you can at that city. Prefarbly a stable and some artillery, then every single turn you train a new artillery, cavalry, and infantry. Then you just overload the Enemies defenses with the sheer number of cavalry, artillery, and infantry. Try to get Louisana and some of the Midwestern Cities first, I repeat, do not go after Washington, New York, or Boston until you have 5-7 cities on the continent or there is a clear opportunity because then your army will get completely annihilated as there are too many cities in the Northeast

I mean- 200 turns is a bit excessive though. But I normally would sacrifice progress in Europe, in order for my allies in the Americas to at least hold on. Yes- Europe may only fall after 70 ish turns, but after you could normally just spam donate and wait till your allies take over in the US. I'm guessing this is in conquest challenge? As normal conquests shouldn't take that long, if it does, then it means that you need better gens or higher tech levels.
