-Guderian Desperate? Encourage? IMO it should be Anti Tank and Plain Fighting -Why does Kuri need Army Group, he will be better with samurai since IJA morale in Iwo jima never dropped -Yamamoto Dive bombing should be replaced with Carpet bombing (his Airstrike probably never reduced the morale of marines tho )

For tanks, there's Manstein (unless you want to demote him). Also, Guderian should have at least a few air stars (Air is an important part of blitzkrieg).

1) tbh I can't think of any instances where Guderian was a great panzer commander against panzers, while encouraged and victory rush is a great pair for his early campaigns in france 2) Yeah that's true 3) Yamamoto was a pioneer for naval aviation which uh, was between dive and horizontal bombing

Guderian crushed lots of soviet armor in the encirclement campaigns in belarus/eastern poland You mean Belostok-Minsk cauldron? Guderian faced only the 14th mechanised Corps of the Red Army there and it executed only passive halting action. It’s losses were high due to the general situation (German aerial superiority, long retreat under the danger of encirclement etc.), not because Guderian used his anti-armour facilities in an outstanding way. Soviets did lose a lot of armour to German anti-tank guns, but it was in the counterattack near Grodno, which was captured by the 9th Army, not the Guderian’s 2nd Tank Group, which advanced several hundred kilometres to the south.

In fact the only one big tank-to-tank battle, in which Guderian commanded German troops happened near Mtsensk in October 1941 and it was a tactical defeat for him

yeah you're right , i was also thinking the soviet counterattacks near smolensk might count but those weren't specifically against guderian's PG.

I'd put Rokossovski over Vatutin.

Yeah all the PG commanders are really bad in this game except guderian for some reason, i suppose they made them worse than IRL and made guderian better (although guderian was a good Panzer commander)

He was relieved of command of his PA during the Battle of Moscow not because Hitler was hysterical, but due to his loss of important Sukhinichi-Belev region, where the Red Army formed a big bulge, which became a real headache for AG “Centre” later.
