I'm a eager to pay player / collector but I still can't understand the purpose of EM. It's not cheap and not worth the name of "Exellence". Lol.

Lol. maybe its like assault (100% chance) in tank, but can be used for all units and at most for 1 unit per round. maybe. Is the percentage and most unit will be up if we upgrade it? it's not worth its name and price indeed |

In speedrunning I suppose it would be used for cracking cities earlier. Perhaps it would shave off ~1 per record, so not bad. Not really sure if the unfree medals should be allowed, because unlike Zhukov and Manstein, the new medals are irreplaceable.
