If you could choose any generals or princess for squads to take you to the end, what would those squads look like? All squad members to be from the same tier tho. Here is mine Tier 1 squad: Dumoriez, Charles, Kutaisov, Lusignan Tier 2 squad: Dobeln, Golitsyn, Scharnhorst, Sulkowski? Tier 3 squad: Lassale, Suvorov, Mouroue, Murat? Or Nelson Princess squad: Lan, Victoria, Isabella, Sophia probably

IAP was never a thought for me so I am really not sure. Princess: Lan, Sakurako, Sophia, Isabella is my lineup order. Sophia is just first class and very expensive to become elite level, but if I have to choose four princess (I bought an extra slot for Sophia) she is much more usefull for me than Victoria.

I really depends If player likes having bussiness general or an extra cavalry or artilery generao ... and very expensive. With only four slots I would not train Sophia. A 5β business general pays back his price whith the saved ποΈ on buying and selling items and stars. For a sucessfull princess run, exchanging ressoures in the beginning and at the end of the conquest, is the key for getting high scores (ruling years). (always finish with 9999π° + 9999π) I play only princess, Arnold is the only one male commander I ever used.

Then, maybe, I will get Sulkowski to be my second cavalry general and fort smasher, until I get Lan. I have both Sulkowski and Gazan in academy now, so If I get Isabella in conquest now, she'll be 5 star πͺ

I would also try to get her now. Sulkowski is the only commander (apart Arnold) that I may will buy one time. He is the perfect driver for the AC.

Just finished GB 1798 conquest in 44 turns with 9999 gold, 9999 food and around 1100 metal. I had completed both Imperial Eagle and Coalition, but I didn't get Isabella π€π€¦ββοΈ Should I do it in 40 turns or less?

Up to β235/420 campaign you get more bonus. Do you know your headquarter bonus? The trouble with Kutaisov is that he has a good skill set, but he's also the cheapest artillery trainer. If you want to boost him up, you have to be somewhat inefficient with medals.
I used to run Dumouriez, Kutaisov, Carteaux until I got Sophia, which left an empty slot for trainers. Once Sophia came along, Kutaisov got regrouped into her over and over again.
If you're not pushing to complete the game and just want to have fun in conquest mode, you can always buy the cheapest econ trainer over and over again, and push one of your generals or princesses up to 5* economy. Alternatively, you could fill the fourth slot with Arnold because at least he has Spy for fort cracking. So: Arnold, Carteaux, Dumouriez, Kutaisov. On one occasion I replaced Arnold with Berthier, spamming trainers and medals to make him the Mega-God we all know he can be (including 5* econ), but then my Android tablet s**t its pants and he was gone.
For Princesses, I would probably go with Sophia, Isabella, Fatimah (for those fun, small-nation conquests), Kate (to help with the Trafalgar grind) because I'm no longer interested in going for the big guns. I'd leave bringing Kate in until the very last, keeping that fourth slot open for trainers to bring Sophia and Isabella up to God level.

5 star traders are very useful for a lot of campaign missions and conquestsοΌso I'm not sure if I would ever do without one. Is a naval general needed? I think that's a big advantage for Victoria in any 4 general lineups. Lan can be the trader. Tier II is more difficult because I am less familiar with who has trading stars.
Princess: LanοΌSakοΌVictoriaοΌIsabella
Tier II: Sulkowski Ushakov Nenadovic Ney
Tier I: Arnold Junot Solonoki (Tier I with accuracy and engineering) Chicagov

One big problem- Arnold is better than Nenadovic so it doesn't make much sense in terms of the real world. I found this old thread which has all the generals but I haven't found one that lists all of their stats. Even the most comprehensive reviews of generals have a lot missing. 3 vs 4 emblem generals is an interesting question because of when you get to add them in the game. This thread has all the generals but I can't figure out how it's organized. european-war-4.boards.net/thread/4050/help-general-tier
