This might be weird question but why Every AI cossack or suwalska has horse while mine rarely get horse?

This might be weird question but why Every AI cossack or suwalska has horse while mine rarely get horse? It is only a guess, but probably a unit has a horse when health is full. If a unit is damaged a horse vanishes first. |

Uhmmm.. my HP is full but my units still don't have the horse I always have the horse. For me, the horse only goes away when the special unit goes away. Idk why you don't have a horse. |

I think that only the pre spawned units with Suwalska has the horse. But every Cossack units, either AI or yours/pre spawned or applied later, has a horse.

I think that if you use Sulwasaka or Cossack on an infantry for Poland and the Soviet Union (respectively), then it spawns horse.
