Is this before or after the spam in Spain? One side's spam will disbanded to spam on the other side.
Build forts beside your cities. Spam militia or light inf to hold the line. Find ways to work with your allies to hit the French rear.

What? What you have to do is steal cities. Take Frankfurt and Cologne. Then in those cities, put princesses which reduce damage taken and increase damage attacked in each of the cities. Then spam rifleman to hold of the old guard. Also, build temples on the back edge of the cities and whenever a generals health gets low, heal them up in the temples. Then you just wait and hold off the enemy till turn 30, when Bavaria and Sweden will come in and turn the tide. Also, don't worry about Spain or Portugal. The French will only push to take Madrid, they will leave Sevilla and Lisbon and after that, around turn 30 the Spanish counterattack and retake a lot of the cities easing the load on yourself.

Your situation isn't that bad. I found a current save of 1815 Denmark with my troops still around the same area in your picture at Turn 52. I'm also bogged down in warfare along Milan-Venice and the Balkans.
However, Egypt, African Union, Morocco, Spain, Portugal, Austra and Gran Columbia have collapsed while Canada and Mexico are getting mopped up. Russia is focused on the Balkans front, with no results to show and gave up on its Caucasian front. Britain has given up, but is not out yet.
IIRC, Britain might launch a poorly coordinated attack which may present a chance to hit Paris. Keep track of Austria and Russia's survival! Once these two barriers collapse, you'll automatically lose whether France is contained or not.

When I carried on, I estimated that I might win by Turn 150. Turns out I was on point. One major factor was the fact that the Americans bombed Greenland, but failed to take it. It was a key base in deploying reinforcements later on. Also, when American hegemony is seemingly guaranteed, the Americans may spam ships. This tied me down in Europe, but it enabled Canada and Mexico to fight back. With luck and largely consistent funding, the Mexicans rebounded from California while the island off the west coast remained safe and Canada struck back from the corners of North America. Canadian resistance tied American-Brazilian troops down which enabled the Mexicans to quickly conquer the areas surrounding California. From there, it is easy to guess what had happened. Mexico apparently pushes Brazil as far back as the Panama Canal, but she may lose the Caribbean and the city close to the canal. This is because Mexico concentrated its troops to attack the fortified big cities near the east coast and crush the stiffening American resistance. The Canadians, with assistance, managed to spam troops in the end which helped. Had to face the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans with some help and in the Caucasus practically alone. Sniping the unprotected rear here is far easier, especially since many border cities were crippled by earlier fighting.

You can also attack the neutral Netherlands which are quite weak. Their two cities will give you more resources and better access to French capital
