So, a couple days ago I did a purchase of medals, then days passed and I’ve lately been able to complete some conquests with good ranks, and got some extra medals, but today, my game rebooted and it said “new version rewards”, this has happened some times before but I’ve fortunately saved after the purchase, and although this time i did, all the conquest I completed are now gone! I mean, on the records it still says I completed them and they day and all that, but the rewards for completing with a nice rank are gone and locked even tho it recognizes I did the conquest! Sadly I always forget to save if not after buying something. Is this a common thing to happen? I recall that happening to me in European war 5, and I never uploaded in the cloud at that time and i lost all of my progress and I stopped playing. It was very sad, but at least I am learning a lesson.
