Hi guys, here I am, Nhyjj , presenting you the useless guide that I have ever done. Get ready for the easiest 1944 axis battle: The Battle of Leningrad.
My Team
For this mission, I think that 1 Heavy tank, 1 Medium tank, 1 Heavy artillery, 1 Infantry and 1 Infantry/Air General is the perfect team. Take a second Heavy tank General or a Navy General to make the mission easier.
The Guide
So you have three objectives
1. Defeat Kuznetsov for turn 10 (the only “challenge”)
2. Protect Leeb until turn 12 (he does it by himself)
3. Capture Leningrad by turn 15 (just easy)
Overall, none of them is really difficult to achieve, but let’s get on with the guide anyway.
Order all forces minus Kesselring to attack the city with a Cossack SF on it. Move Kesselring on the airport and attack the enemy’s navy with your navy.
1. Defeat the enemy units around the city you just captured. Add a Jaeger SF on Kesselring’s infantry.
2. Lunch an attack on the red circled city. Once it’s garnison is annihilated, paradrop Kesselring in it.
Note: continue the naval fight going on between your cruiser and the enemy’s cruiser.
Move your artillery and infantry to the mountains, then destroy Kuznetzov’s Battleship. With your armoured forces, defeat the units around the red circled city, but do not attack it yet. Try adding a stack to either Guderian or Rommel.
Note: If you have difficulty killing him in time, try building coastal artillery.
Now is the time. Lunch an assault of the red circled city with all your troops minus Kesselring, who you will move to the airport. Replenish and add a stack to him.
Once you have captured the red circled city, add a stack to Rommel then move all your forces minus Yamashita to the radar area. Paradrop Kesselring on the said radar. Keep Yamashita in the city to prevent it from being captured.
Order all your forces to capture Stalingrad.
CONGRATULATIONS!!! YOU HAVE BEATEN THE EASIEST 1944 AXIS MISSION. See you at Moscow.
