we know that MacArthur is obviously the best allied infantry (excluding Eisenhower, ofc), but who's the 2nd best? My vote goes to Bradley, what about yours?

Vasilevsky is trash allied Mannerheim (see my Mannerheim analysis to see how bad Mannerheim is). Bradley is just Allied Model but more offensive-aligned. I don't want to pay 700 medals for someone whose (stable) output is dependent on jungles. Clark? IL carries him, but not far as it's just Level 1. Amphibious is just good for water, but that's just on water. Plunder? Don't count on it. Slim is a very dieted Yamashita, but not dieted to the point of trashiness. Move up and replenish. Small, Allied Yamashita. Tassigny is slightly worse Slim. Konev is trash. We don't talk about him.

Vasilevsky: Worse Mannerheim for 45 more medals Bradley: Faster Model Slim: Slightly degraded Yamashita for almost 200 medals less Tassigny: Very defensive infantry gen (maybe to the point of too much?) Clark: (If you bought him) Way to go! You just spent 670 medals on one of the worst generals in the game! Konev: Alexander but with one movement star, snow over desert and some meh skills (imo) Sigh, still no one talking about Tito

No really, he’s the fastest gen in his tier (2 movement stars) and both of his skills are useful))

Tassigny is perfect he has Guerilla and Fire Suppresion. Fire suppression useful when attacked by enemy and if Guerilla doesn't activated. Guerilla is useful to avoid getting damage. But on the worst side he only has 3* Infantry and no great infantry skill (Bayonet Charge or IL). But he is great if your Tech is low and want to perfectly complete 1939 Allies.

Alright so am I the only one who's coming to Bradley's defense here? Slim only does an average of 11 more damages than Bradley (excluding jungles) and Bradley have 24% chance to attack again. While guerrilla is not as good as blitzkrieg because infantry is extremely cheap to replenish and to recruit. You're not going to be throwing your infantry gen at the enemy general or strong units anyways and they'll mostly be mop ups, meaning attacking twice is much more important and the counterattack damage taken is very minimal. Thus, guerrilla is not as good. Your cossacks is obviously going on MacArthur or Eisenhower, and for Slim to act as a good mop-up he'll need rangers. Which isn't very good. Bradley on the other hand can equip something like the 442nd or SAS and form a devastating combo with MacArthur.

If I want him in a conquest/AG, I can just use Model. And Slim is diet Kuribayashi/Yamashita. Plus, Slim has Guerilla, so if you throw him against Rundstedt, you will not die in 3 turns. Plus, I can use Slim with any SF and make him god, better than Bradley.
