I was level 48.
There were 6000. the game was loaded but with the new update it is starting me from the beginning. I don't have records.
Can you please help me, I've been playing this game for 2, 3 years.

Nothing spécial. Got the new player notification, the infantry badge and the Washington monument. And when I went to the shop got also the notifications for the item I bought previously.

Hi. I just got the same issue today. All my progression reset. And no more cloud save Was your Cloud Save entry wiped? Or was the feature entirely gone? Did you successfully log in into the same gaming account? My progress is still there even though my last save was from a month ago or earlier. |

My cloud safe was wype out. The cloud safe option is working.
I didn't change my google account.

wait what do you mean 6000? Medals? if you have the required Wonders of the World cards if you do the daily tasks if you watch daily ads You earn 150 gold per day. 6000 gold isn't much. for 48 lv my generals, guderian, donitz, konev, rommel, rokko. |

That's why after you use Wc4, always save your progress. |

If you did not tamper with the game, saved regularly and log into the same account on the same device, normally you should be able to use Cloud save. At least you are able to restore your IAPs, if any, right? |

Yes all iap and medals are restored. Got an answer from easytech. They are working on the case.

The update of today on Android fixed the bug for me. I got all my progression back. Including my last save of conquest.
