Generals:
You only need Messe for this.
Steps:
You get to control Rommel. Only need Light tanks and armored cars. You need a bit of tank tech (75% attack again most important)
1. Capture southern city with Rommel. This is easy. Kill all units near the first city
2. Go to Wavell (General in North City), You might lose Rommel, that's okay. If you get the city, go to the next step
3. Get the port, it's usually empty, use Messe or other tank for this.
You're done!

Well, I've done this already. Imma make a guide to make this easier for you.
Generals used:
Guderian
Konev
Yamamoto (You'll need either Leeb or Vatutin for this mission)
Steps:
I put Guderian on Super Tank (need that), Konev on triple stack heavy tank, and Yamamoto on Howitzer (build that later) (you need to use all Heavy tanks (stacked), 3 Super Tanks, and the rest 3 stack medium tanks and Rumor is needed, level 3-5 would be nice. and complete WW2 tank tech would be nice. If you have Leeb, do the same thing with Yamamoto, if you have Vatutin, put him on Super Tank.)
1. Go south through the Eastern Corner. Avoid the Land Forts, as they will destroy your tanks. Get the southern city, destroy them. You'll only lose if Rommel is defeated and you didn't capture southern city. Rommel will get other south city (The city next to your city). Build Yamamoto/Leeb on howitzer in your captured city.
2. destroy the tanks that protect Auchinleck (General in North City). Konev and Yamamoto died killing Auchinleck, make him confused (with rumor), because that makes him non-moving and not able to conterattack. Kill Auchinleck. After that you have to capture the city. My only unit remaining was Guderian, that's why i suggest having a Colonel rank above would be good.
That's it you have completed it!
40% Discount:

I've done this 2 months ago. After completing 20% discount mission (above), you have to pass this as well, level 3-5 rumor is suggested. You also need either a rumor general (like Nimitz), Vatutin and/or Leeb

Guderian

Nimitz
Steps:
Place Guderian on Super tank, Konev and Nimitz on 3 stack heavy tank. Use all heavy tanks, use 3 super tanks, use all medium tanks and use 2 3 stack light tanks. (leeb on a heavy tank, and/or Vatutin in Super tank).
1. Go straight for Alexander, confuse him with rumor, if you destroy him get the city, you might need some cold war tank tech for this. Put 1 of your super tanks in Alexander's city to defend it. You'll only fail in Rommel dies and you haven't captured Alexander's city, so you have to be fast.
2. After that kill the units protecting Montgomery. Confuse him with rumor. many of your units will die. After confusing Montgomery get his city. there's a high chance that the southern City will be under british control again.
3. In case if the southern city gets under british control, send a light tank or 2 medium tanks to get and capture the city
