You need Only messe for this. A bit of Infantry Tech would be nice.
Steps:
Since you just started, only use assault infantry. You can put messe in 1 of them.
1. Go through the sea. It's not that hard. Kill Kleist (in light tank).
2. Kill Guderian (in light tank i also think). yes, he looks powerful but with de Gaulle (french general in city) and messe Guderian can be easily wrecked.
That's it!
20% Dicount:
Generals:
You need a navy general (Kuznetsov would do) or Messe. You need navy tech, you need destroyers and submarines (for destroying Raeder). Use some infantry, destroyers and
Steps:
1. Kill Weichs (German general in Artillery). everything that has a red circle around it has to be destroyed/captured.
2. Kill Raeder as well (german general in carrier). Kill him with Submarines and dont forget to save Dowding from German Invasions

Guderian, Konev and Vatutin/Leeb/Messe. You'll need a rumor gen too (i used Nimitz). You'll need level 2-5 Rumor for this one. And high tech (full WW2 tech and some Cold War tech would do ).
Steps:
Use some Heavy Tanks (Vatutin or Messe on one of them) 2 Super Tanks (Guderian on one of them), 2 3 stack Rocket Artillery (Konev and Leeb one of them), and 2 3 stack medium tanks.
1. Kill the infantry general in the first city, because it has red dots, don't worry about Model (on German Super Tank), he'll be dealt on later with.
2. Go for Model. Confuse him with rumor and kill him. Get the city near him.
