Please email ET directly for such cases. If you used Cloud Save on the same OS (Android), with the same gaming account, you should be able to use Cloud Save on that other device to load your data. |

For example, a phone backup and restore, including application data, should work. Also, please check the cloud save. You should see a saved version from the previous device. |

I cant transfer my data through cloud archive and i send many massages to backup no one answer what can i do ??

If Cloud Save and your device / OS' phone backup does not work, then you can only try to use the <Restore> button on your new device and start over.
Run through things properly:
- Check if you used the same gaming account on the new device. Your OS must be the same for both devices (Android)
- Check if there is cloud save data on your new device
- Try to use your old phone and transfer application data to your new phone (phone backup and restore, or other data transfer method)
- Wait for ET to respond. State the issue clearly, attach receipts, and old account ID to request for a code. You should not need this for IAPs, if using the <Restore> button worked on the new device

Please state exactly what you did. You should have uploaded your latest data onto cloud save, use your phone's Settings to back up your device data onto Google or Samsung cloud. Then, restored this data onto your new phone nd your new phone should have the WC4 data there or you can download your cloud save progress. No step should cost you your saved data on your old phone. Again, did you check and used the same type for everything I told you: gaming account, login method, and phone OS. Did you use the <Restore> button to restore IAPs? Did you email ET with clear explanation and screenshot (do not spam ET, send only one email) to ask for a code to restore IAPs, if the <Restore> button failed?

My old phone cant make any copy to wc4
I still have the old phone and old account on wc4 .
I choose restore on my new device but no thing happened because i never purchased in game i play it since 2020
So i send details to easy tech web i want make it fast what can i do to transfer . Phone cant do copy to game i want website or something like that help me

Since you made no IAP purchases and you cannot use the given Back Up and Restore functions in your phone, you can only restart from the beginning. ET cannot help with moving Cloud data as well, so they probably will not reply.
  Again, there are 3 saves that can be done: 1. WC4 cloud save only saves data to local device. 2. For a Samsung device, you can use Samsung cloud to transfer data. Try this. 3. For a device that allows Google Drive cloud saving, you can use Google Drive to transfer data try this. Alternatively, just search how to transfer data using other methods. There are wire transfer methods, wireless methods, and so on. If all these methods fail, just restart. Pacific War isn't so hard to catch up to. |
