Dear commanders Due to system reasons some players games and in app purchases data has been lost recently. We truly apologize for this. You can update the game to the newest version in the google store to solve this problem. If data loss problem still remains after the update please do not uninstall the software so as not to affect your subsequent data recovery. We are working hard to deal with this issue and once again apologize to the players affected this time should you experience any problems feel free to contact our email at easytechservice@outlook.com we will always be at your service

Sadly, i'm among people who faces this problem 😂. Really don't want to have to leave this game like I did to WC3. IAPs aren't as much as a ton of times I spent for grinding and s/l to max out everything in this game 🥲🥲. P/S: And the problem may come from newest version of Google play games. My friends with older version don't meet this problem while I has immediately after update.

Hi, I accidentally loaded my old savegame and lost all my progress and purchases. Do you have any way of reversing this? I love this game and I really regret this mistake. Thank you in advance for your help.

Thank you in advance for your help. If you bought IAPs, you should be able to restore them using the <Restore> button usually found in the IAP shop. Otherwise, email ET with proof of purchase. There is no known way of restoring progress if you load an older save over it.
