My best advice is to cloud save every time you get any sort of reward/progress. I saw somewhere that said that if you play when you are charging/ at low battery life and close, you can lose your progress. |

WC4 faced the same issue and ET worked on a patch which worked, according to the affected members who responded. Do NOT uninstall the game or tamper with the saved data. |

I hate this when it happens, I already experienced this thrice. Luckily I cloud saved for the third time. The two first ones, not so lucky. I was mid-way the french eagle campaigns for both when I lost my progress. Luckily it becomes easier to replay everything when I have to. Just cloud save.

I would also put your game id so that Easytech could trace your account which you could find at the IAP Shop. |
