Criteria for being listed in the front page

I was recently asked what the criteria was to be linked in the forum front page as we just added 1 more YT site there.

So generally to be eligible for listing the site needs:

1)A good amount of members: the linked site has to have a significant amount internet traffic, note that there are exceptions to this rule (see extra factors below)

2)Quality Content: There must be enough good content in the site to justify us linking there. Original created material is a plus.

Extra factors considered: Exceptions can be made for:
-Extraordinary members such as those having 5000+ posts.
-Having a leadership role in a board.
-Having created a large amount of resources (libraries,guides etc..).
-Making a game mod that features and/or name the EFC forum ect..
-Any established site that already feature and crosslink to the EFC forum in a prominent way (like a front page)

Please note that this does NOT guaranteed the right to be listed but it does help in getting you there. Other issues that come into play are things like historic relationship with such sites and how friendly they are to our site.

Immediate disqualification and/or removal: The EFC forum does not link to controversial sites, so the moderators/admins of featured sites must be proactive at monitoring and correcting any kind of hate speech,persons bashing, racism, heavy drama ect..or else the site in question could be temporarily or permanently removed.

Only Formal advertisements is allowed: The cross linking will eventually significantly increase traffic and visit and page views to your site, this is formal advertisement and is as agreed. Informal advertisement however is not allowed,example making posts for invitations, recruitment drives,threads redirecting EFC members ect.. repeated incidents of the kind could terminate our formal arrangement and linkage.

If you would like a site to be considered for listing: send me a pm with the relevant information and a link as well as the name of the site admin. If you do not get feedback that means the site is still under review or has not yet met a requirement.
