stoic, It's never that simple it seems  I'll have to think more but I'm leaning more towards either Cleo/Bismarck and Heih or Heih and Khalid. The first team is more about survivability (or dealing more damage if chosen Cleo) and the second is for MASSIVE damage if ArtyCom is upgraded to max and both perks are active. Unless you or Iron Duke, Gerd von Rundstedt, mayankshadow have any different suggestions. As you can tell I am always open to suggestions. The more info, the better.

My way keep khalid 5 star and dont upgrade him to elite.

Heihachiro is great, good stats, good traits in industrial, as well as boosting other Artillery, which is great for busting walls. Even +50% can still be a lot. Also very cost effective, moreso than Anyone outside of Bismark, Cleo, and Khalid, IMO. I could agree with many statements but not with "cost effective". I had Heihachiro on my previous run and he is as expensive as hell. One of the most expensive generals in the game together with LiShimin, Caesar and Blucher. Well, in terms of just stars, he gets to industrial cheaper than Koxinga, and, of course, Li Shimin, and he is simply better on so many levels than Columbus, so, I would say he is cost effective by starting with 5 stars. |

Well we have so many free Artillery generals, so that we have to compare him to them too. And in this comparison he is anything but "cost effective". |

Well the difference is purple and blue. And i sport this the higher the stars are of a general when u buy it better the value,especially when u buy it in very start of the age when it is available but what so ever khalid cleo li and hech are best. Khalid and cleo being cheaper options and li being competent to nap. Hech is good but a bit costly as he has two skills that are valuable in game whereas nap and li and kox have only one skill that one might want to upgrade.

Besides, it will cost us 1650 medals to promote him to elite. Their price is 750.And that is without upgrade costs of skills. |

Nap had destroy and plunder along with 200%extra dmg to forts
He has best stats of all arty
He has chaos and is god and thus explains why he costs more than geng and washington
Hech is better khalid due to comm he is purp gets destroy and still is a building destroyer
He has chaos and has stats equal to li and exeeding him if we use comm

IT'S CLOSE ENOUGH! Cleo and Khalid are amazing, especially for their price, but you know how Napoleon is known as a Super-Bismark? Heihachiro is to me a Super-Khalid.
