I am new to this forum but have played this game for sometime, currently trying to get Victoria and the Asian princesses. However I realize when my generals are low in health they do not heal themselves due to their nobility but instead losing health gradually each turn to zero or one health left. sometimes I use those units to attack enemies that will not fight back (like fire in range or fight on confused units), and the generals just die...
I would like to figure out what is going on. I know I trade all my food in gold each turn for upgrades but it shouldn't be a problem as long as I have more food production than consumption. Or the game just won't allow you to keep reloading attacks for better results?
Also, how much damage does fire give each turn?

It's very likely that in the AI turn, they move a weakened unit to attack your general and then he kills it, leaving no evidence.

It's very likely that in the AI turn, they move a weakened unit to attack your general and then he kills it, leaving no evidence. I usually don't skip AI turn since I tend to find enemy Of AI tends to throw higher (even ridiculous) damage than ally AI and my units. I suspect keep reloading the same attack for better result (I sometimes save a certain AI movement for better result, for example to prevent enemy finish off a city and take over, hoping enemy units moving to another position or simply enemy dealing less damage) is the reason I have generals losing health gradually. I currently want to win 1798 as UK or HRE within 30 turns (I've done it in 34 turns) to get other princesses. If enemies deal more damage than allies, I just don't think I can make it.

If you do s/l,some units will lose hp(both yours and ai's) until 1 point. There is a bug in this game. Sometimes when your hp is 0,you won't die.You can move, but you can't attack. If you attack other unit, you will die too.

Also 34 turns should be enough to win princess Victoria correct? I managed to finish America 1812 in 30 turns as well, it should be enough to get the Asian princesses as well right?

At least your tax and food should be more than 9000, and industry the more the better.

So they can earily kill these generals and finish the campaign.

Do you mind if you send me a Chinese link regarding this bug. I can read Chinese as well.

I think the player went very extreme. I assume he must had spent thousands of US dollars playing or hacked the game for premium currency. Still, that was super!!!

No. He played a version that had been cracked. So he had infinite emblems/shields and refreshs. He can easily buy any general he need without pay.So many chinese had played that version.
