Objectives: Defeat 3 key units (Budyonny, Govorov and Meretskov) and occupy 1 key city. defend Rundstedt
Generals:
I used Leeb and Messe for this. Good inf tech (full WW2 Europe would be nice) is important.
Steps:
use all mechanized inf (3 4 stack) and the rest mechanized inf (stack them too). credits to Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov and War Master .
1. kill all units protecting Budyonny (general in city). After that go for Govorov (arty general).
2. kill Meretskov (inf gen behind Budyonny). After that the path to killing Budyonny is clear.
3. Finally, kill Budyonny and get his city.
That's it.
