Greetings commander, and welcome to the Italian Campaign. Care for some pasta before we begin?

Detailed Breakdown
We're going to start with the no brainer book move. No shenanigans, no sidetracking, no hidden objectives.
We're just going to take over Sicily by attacking that town in front of us. Deploy MacArthur and give Montgomery your KV6 and try to wipe all of them out within 1 turn.
Buy the Battleship to help you out along the Eastern coast. You'll get to bombard many things until Rome.
After taking over Sicily and destroying the 3 troops guarding the coastal town, your Italian Assault Division will appear on the left of the map. They only appear after taking over Sicily, so the sooner you wrap up, the sooner you can start on the mainland.
You may consider paradropping an infantry on the other end of Sicily to take the towns and villages for extra income if you don't have two infantry generals.
Afterwards, Paradrop MacArthur onto the mainland, while sailing Montgomery and the troops to land on the mainland. Take advantage of Montgomery's speed with the KV6 to land him somewhere further up the coast. You don't have to land at the end and work your way across the endless forests and mountains.
While keeping that in mind, it's better to send the armoured car and artillery to link up with the Americans and land at Salerno. They're never going to make it past the forests in time if you land them at the bottom.
In the meantime, land your Italian Division and focus on taking the first objective.
Personally, I would recommend landing one infantry along the bottom to take the city and the oil field with the help of the cruiser. All for the money.
After taking the first objective, start purchasing infantry reinforcements whenever you can. Give them paratroopers, the non special forces one works well, and then start dropping them over the next city.
Focus on taking the airport at Bari, which you can parachute back to the first town while clearing the space to recruit more infantry.
Your artillery general will rain hell down on the city in the meantime. You can also consider giving your medium tank a special force, since you'll be racking up a decent amount of money by this time if you had taken all the Italian towns and ports by now.
If your infantry is running low on health, paradrop them back to the first objective city to replenish them before flying them back into the action.
After taking Bari, link up with your Sicilian Division and advance towards Foggia. Once again, scout the area and use paratroopers to break through the enemy troops to attack Foggia. Your Montgomery with the Kv6 will prove useful in eliminating those AA forces.
If you hadn't replenished at Foggia, or if your tanks are running low on health, Foggia is the last place to replenish them. Stack all your generals up, including your infantry generals.
If your paratroopers are running low on health, don't use Foggia to replenish them, your infantry generals need the space to replenish. Drop them back on Bari to replenish before airlifting them out again
After you take Foggia, Kesserling will lead a band of paratroopers to land on you. I would advise using your infantry paratroopers as a human wall to prevent flanking and morale drops.
Afterwards, you know the drill. KV6 and Katyusha them to death.
Once again, if your paratroopers got hit badly by Kesserling and need replenishing, move them back to the towns to stack up before airdropping them again. Just keep purchasing the paratroopers special force for the normal troops.
At this point of time, you'll be racking up quite a sizeable amount of money, so use it to
You'll also find a notable cruiser near Foggia. One of your allied Generals will be attracted to eliminate this cruiser, and that's not good. If you're unlucky, you might get Patton heading across the entire map into the sea just to attack that one cruiser. Patton could be doing way more productive things, like annihilating Student instead of fighting that german cruiser.
Use your cruiser and air forces to sink the cruiser as soon as you catch a break from Kesserling's paratroopers.
After which, you know the drill, Paradrop your troops on the top city while rolling your tanks along the mountain range to eliminate Student if the Americans hadn't yet. If you're running short on time, you can use your KV6 to destroy Student's AA force before dropping MacArthur on him. if that isn't enough, use the war loot you have to strafe him to death.
After destroying Student, just tag behind the Americans to set fire to the rain over Roma.
Same deal, same drill, replenish and paradrop from the northern town into the area surrounding Rome.
You'll meet some enemy forces north of Rome coming down to reinforce Rome. Eliminate them with your sheer amount of paratroopers or air force if necessary.
As you can see from my images, I'm racking up a huge sum of money. It's literally taxes from half of Italy.
Just Bomb, Rocket and swarm Rome at this point of time.
All roads lead to Roma, it's just a matter of how fast you get there!
Congrats, you've reached the end of the briefing, go on and
Final notes: My tech and special forces are all maxed out, so you might have some variation in your speed.
Note 2: If you have MacArthur, after the initial drop onto the mainland, you don't need to give him anymore paratroopers. He's fast enough to cross the country with Calvary and other fast special forces.
Note 3: Always try to keep your paratroopers at full stacks by dropping them back and forth between the cities. The airfields at every objective are very helpful in doing that.
Let the C130s roll down the strip, airborne rangers on a one way trip.
Stand up, buckle up, shuffle to the door,
Jump right out and count to four.
I hope this guide helps you in achieving your perfect clear and annihilating everyone on this map!
If you had another method or still have troubles, feel free to discuss in the thread.
