Have you checked out the guide in the library?
Nobunga and Hangrybird gave a few good guides there.
If you're still stuck, explain in a bit more detail and I'll try my best to help out

Upgrade your tech. Your troops should be able to fight back slightly more effectively.
Like what the above post said, check out the Library. The many guides for this campaign in the Library should help.
