Seriously the best Archer in the game. He has three problems: Archers aren't great (but shoot [get it?], he is amazing), there are other great Archers, and he is a stinking 17 BUCKS!

I believe in An 1 on 1 with Caeser attila may lose due to his accuracy skill having little to no use and caesers plain fighting skill clutching it for him , however attila passive may swing the battle on favour for him so its not 100% Caeser will always win often its going to be undecided.
However in versatility though attila wins by a long shot his march amd majority of skills allow him to be a great archery general and can be used as an( mediocre ) calvary one

I don't think anyone is even close to him now. But the chance is high ET will release new banners for Hannibal and Caesar.

Attila with his banner has everthing an Archer general needs: high mobility, insane damage, super high recover (he can get more than 100HP recover per turn easily). Ceasar lacks all three when comparing to Attila so it's hard for Ceasar to reach the tier of Attila with just only a banner IMO (but it's ridiculous while Ceaser is more expensive than Attila). |

He has Accuracy, March, and awesome talent to Caesar's Besiege, PF, and Aura. Close, but Attila wins IMO.

Wow.
I’m almost considering using him as a cav gen. Overlord + Plunder is just a crazy combination if we combine that with cav being able to move again, plus cav usually has higher HP on their unit. The trouble is that he doesn’t have cav commander so he’ll be better on archers when you get lucky.
Still ludicrous overall though.
