Attila's Overlord helps him can attack maximum 3 units around him within 1 hex (no need to adjacent the target).
His banner with "Plunder": Pluner recover 16% of his own single unit per time he kill each stack of units, but just recover 1 time per attack, you can kill 3 stacks in a row but only count 1 (it's better than EW5 when you need to kill your main target with AoE damage to active the Logistic skill). But while he has Archer commander, you can recover more when that skill actives. Let's see.

Pic 3, 4, 5: Then I killed 2 stacks and get 29HP more.
I got same amount of HP ignoring the number of stacks I killed
And because Attila is one of the best damage dealers and he's a Archer, he's the best bearer of Tutankhamun Dagger. You get 10% of total damage you deal, not just only from damage to your target.
(218+88) x 10% then round down = 30.
