Welcome commander, to the allied Tunisian campaign.
You're almost through 1941, and ready leave behind the same few desert cities. How many times have you seen Kasserine, Faid, Bardia, Fort Capuzzo, Tunis, to name a few?
For this mission, we'll be ending this loop for good, by chasing Rommel out of Africa. It's a slightly long mission, but not hard.
Let's get started.
"Ah shoot, here we go again."
Mission Objectives: Defeat 6 Key Units in 22 turns
Sub 1: Occupy Kasserine in 6 turns
Sub 2: Protect Montgomery for 15 turns
Sub 3: Defeat 24 enemy units in 16 turns
Sub 4: Occupy Tunis in 18 turns
Generals Used: Patton (Medium Tank), MacArthur (Infantry), Leclerc (Heavy Tank), Chuikov (Heavy Artillery), Alexander (Artillery), (One free general slot)
Detailed Breakdown
To start off, we won't be doing anything surprising. Just attacking towards Kasserine.
Deploy your generals, KV6 and Katyusha, and rocket your way through them. I would recommend stacking MacArthur and flying him out.
Destroy the forces at Kasserine, but do not take the city yet.
Taking Kasserine will trigger Bock to attack Montgomery after two turns.
On the other hand, you only gain control of Montgomery's troops to divert Bock after you destroy the troops in yellow circles.
It is better to leave Kasserine alone until turn 6, to fulfil sub-mission 1, and to give yourself more time to clear the blockade.
While getting ready to take Kasserine, purchase some reinforcements on the factory, and use your Katyusha to attack the heavy tank located at the city above.
Keep purchasing the reinforcements at Kasserine, it's a good base to attack towards Kesserling.
The French will take turns attacking Kesserling, and will get destroyed in succession. Don't count on them. The more troops you buy, the better.
Meanwhile on the eastern front,
If you hadn't cleared the blockade by the time Bock starts moving, Bock will attack towards Montgomery. His panthers are kind of nasty.
After clearing the blockade, Bock will abandon the attack on Montgomery and will instead move up to counterattack at the blockade.
This allows you to pull a sneaky pincer attack on him, as you now have control of Montgomery's troops.
After defeating Bock, remember to stack your KV6 and other mechanised troops before moving along the coast to attack Keitel. This will be the last place to replenish your tanks
You don't really need your KV6 and Katyusha around this area, they might be better travelling Northwest to join up with your reinforcements attacking Kesserling.
You'll meet a lot of stray troops and fortifications around the middle, so equipping your armoured cars with scorpions might help.
After making it through the fortifications, rain rockets on Kesserling and flank him with your fast moving armoured cars.
It's also noteworthy that Kesserling's escorts start retreating towards Tunis at around turn 12. If you make it late enough, you might possibly meet an undefended Kesserling, but have a giant cluster around Tunis.
Not much of a problem actually, it might work in favour of your KV6s and Katyushas.
If you haven't shifted your Katyusha in position to attack Tunis yet, keep your troops two grids away to avoid Rommel's heavy tank.
You should also purchase a second cruiser around this time, and sail it up to attack Raeder. if you have spare infantry, you can consider giving them engineering troops to build coastal guns to attack Raeder from.
Since Rommel is located on the airport on the right side, start attacking from the left, eliminating the infantry on the city with rockets from the sky. Move MacArthur in to capture the city and give Rommel a good hit before replenishing. Only MacArthur can pull it off without getting a full 100 damage in the face.
Afterwards, just swarm Rommel with everything you've got.
The fall of Raeder comes after Rommel, and he's significantly easier. Use your cruisers, the coastal artilleries, and ranged troops to attack him.
Congrats, you've reached the end of the briefing! Go out there and chase Rommel out of Africa!
Final Notes: My Tech level and special forces are maxed out, so you'll have a slightly different experience. Nonetheless, this mission is a relatively easy one, just steamrolling over everyone in your way.
Note 2: You might consider airdropping over to the vacant french towns during later turns to earn extra income, which I didn't since there aren't many infantry troops on this map.
Note 3: If you're having serious trouble attacking Rommel with a super low tech level, it's worth noting that Rommel himself will withdraw out of the map on turn 21, counting as a free kill. If you handle all the other generals, rocket Tunis clear of troops, you can sneak in an armoured car or paratrooper to achieve the sub-mission, and not deal with Rommel.
If you still have troubles, or used a different method, feel free to discuss!
I hope this guide helps.

Battle Flow Brief
List of Key Units at Red Circles
Western Airport: Kesserling
Tunis: Rommel
Kasserine: Messe
Sea: Raeder
Artillery general: Keitel
Tank general: Bock
Terrain Analysis
1. Desert Map, few rivers and mountains along the sides of the map.
[SAS, Irish Gunners and M7 pries, along with other speedy special forces would greatly help get your troops around]
2. A large flatland across Faid, the middle of the map, good for troop movement.
[Easy movement of KV6 and Katyushas to across half the map, flexible deployment of troops]
3. Flatland is guarded by several fortifications. Mostly manned by anti-tank infantry
[Special forces: Scorpion would come in handy]
4. Airports mostly clustered along the top of the map
[Not very useful for paratroop movements past fortifications]
5. Factories mostly located along bottom half of the map
[Recruit and Replenish mechanised forces before heading up]
6. Several Coastal Batteries along the eastern coast.
[Keep your ships out of range, possible to capture them and turn them against Raeder]
Overall Strategy: Outrange your enemies with Katyushas and KV6s.
