So we got a rank post for Navy, Infantry, Tank and Air generals, but no artillery...
Anyways vote for which artillery general is the best. Also I forgot to add the "other" and make it open for two votes (stupid me, can't edit polls once done, but this is the first poll I've made) so if you got other artillery generals plz lodge them down

You know, on paper Govorov looks like the best but I actually think that Leeb is. I've found that when he isn't on plain tiles due to moving to a different area, his output is really bad. In addition, Chuikov is free and basically a slightly worse Leeb. I was really underwhelmed by him. I don't actually value Accuracy too much on either because I find that the reason it is BC/ToI level on tanks and Infantry is because it works on counter, something Artillery really cannot do. It is an extra movement plus a level of Artillery leader plus PF for Fire Focus. It looks like Govorov is definitely winning. But I end up liking Badoglio on the Katyusha more than Govorov. His base damage is just so bad. I would go with Leeb. But, of course, I think both are easily replaceable with Chuikov and Badoglio for much cheaper.

Yes sometimes I would prefer Leeb on my Katyusha because I have had Govorov's damage output fly from 50 to 100 while Leeb would be more consistent from around 70-100. Difference is major, as it could be the ticking point for when a heavy tank general like Rommel could annihilate the enemy front.
