I guess this is a necessary thread so am making it. The first thing i wish to mention is a mechanic that i feel is secret in 2nd stronghold of medieval age. In it if u can defeat cath and 3 enemy mythical entities and keep safe ur strong holds u win as soon as 20move end although i suspect more depth to it and am experimenting . This can be helpful as this level in particular is hilarious in comparison to expectations.

Well yes, the main part would be defeating the 4-5 Mythical beings at the end.
However, Heidelberg is an elimination defensive campaign. You can simply wait out for your towers to finish the enemy off, but I think Hades and Fenrir will simply brush your towers away. Sitting passively is not really the besg.

I think the OP's towers were strong enough to eliminate the final mythical enemy bosses during the enemy's turn which ended on a Turn 20 win. That's probably the "secret mechanic" if I didn't misunderstand. True. The 4-5 bosses at the end were no joke. I wrote about it in the other thread on Heidelberg itself.

Well i did experiment a bit and i dont think they were all killed cause i remember one of them going in fog and not reappearing until i won. But its health was low so maybe any ai entered fog to kill it.
