Well fellas you know the drill. I just started Africa 1941. I finshed couple of missions for Axis side. My roster rn consist of: Guderian, Rommel, Yamashita, MacArthur and freebies. Note: as of now, axis missions don't seem to hard since I have my panzers 馃憣 Also all of generals listed, I want to buy, but I am just not sure which one next 馃槵

stevke, get Rokossovsky if you can. He can hit multiple times and deals good damage with KV6. If you are lazy (Like me), get Vatutin, who costs 100 medals less, has the highest output among any Allied generals (Discounting IAPs of course).

I would recommend Monty/Roko. You need a good allied tank gen, and these are the best options. Vatutin lacks PL, which makes him worse on the KV-6.

Now this is a discussion even Aristotle and Alexander the great had. Rokko vs Monty. Now I saw that thread where they compared damage dealt between Rokko and monty and rokko is much more viable against tanks, while Monty is better against everything else. Now, Rokko is like 100 medals cheaper. And he is the first one that I would buy in a normal situation. But If I buy Monty I'll get that achievement unlocked that gives 100-150 medals for like 20 air stars or something. So they are pretty much the same price for me now. 馃馃馃

What about air gens? Should I buy them when I reach Pacific? Yeah, get Yamamoto after Govorov and Doenitz. That's a waste. The main campaigns, in a most extreme style, can be overcome without additional air gens or admirals. Getting both for one faction is overkill, plus the main battles will be fought on land. Surely Kesselring who can fight on land and still performs well is preferable to Yamamoto who needs to be shielded on land? By Africa, start investing in HT gens and at least one strong arty gen. You may ingest in a 2nd inf gen, if you want to. Allies: Monty (survivalist and generalist with average dmg) or Rokossovsky (anti-tank specialist) for HT and Govorov. Air gen / admirals are Arnold and Cunningham. 2nd inf gen: Tassingy or Slim. Axis: Leeb and Rommel. Air gen / admirals are Kesselring and Ozawa. 2nd inf gen: Rundstedt / Kuribayashi / Yamashita.

I will get Leeb and Rokko/Monty for sure and then Kesselring and Govorov. For an endgame I'm thinking Donitz, Runstedt depending on my needs at a time
